Great to have you here!
I’m Lisa, and I offer sessions and training across the spectrum of body, mind, and soul: Personal Training (running, strength training), coaching, and Reiki. For me, a holistic approach is essential, as the human system can be understood as a complex whole—only a comprehensive approach can truly bring balance, vitality, and health. I speak german, english and spanish. So I hope there are no language barriers 🙂
We can certainly combine approaches from both training and coaching, but this is not a requirement. If you’re interested in personal training, it can also be done independently of my other offerings.
