In today’s world, which is becoming increasingly complex and demanding, it is essential to question, consciously shape, and also reflect upon one’s own way of being in the world. Even the most self-reflective person is often blind to their hidden patterns.
What do I mean by that?
We often encounter a problem in one area of life—such as relationships—without realizing that it is not the way we connect with others or the partner themselves who created the issue. Rather, it is an internal program we carry within us, one that holds the belief “I am not lovable” and attracts partners into our lives who reinforce this belief.
Many people only see the outcome but fail to recognize or understand the root cause of the problem. That is why I take a holistic approach.

What is holistic?
The term holistic means “taking the whole into account.” In my online coaching sessions, I aim to understand the complex system behind each individual and to explore all areas of life in order to get to the core of the issue.
You may have a business, yet find yourself wondering why you haven’t been successful for years. What is your fundamental belief about success? Did you grow up in an environment where success was associated with arrogance? Or do you have a partner who unconsciously prevents you from becoming successful?
On the surface, you may deeply want to succeed—yet learned patterns from childhood or influences from your social environment are holding you back. This work is about the unconscious parts of yourself, which make up around 95% of who you are.

Up to 95% of our actions, thoughts, and emotions are driven by the unconscious mind.
The aim is to gradually uncover these parts—first to meet them with compassion and understand why they entered your life, to truly feel them, and then to replace them with patterns that serve you better.
To fully honor the holistic approach, I also work with the body. I integrate mindfulness practices and meditations to cultivate deeper body awareness. Daily stress and constant functioning in fight-or-flight mode may help us get through the day, but over time they disconnect us from truly sensing what is happening within the body.
The body is an incredibly intelligent system. When we learn to listen closely, it provides all the answers we need to understand what truly supports and nourishes us.
Everything you need is within you.
However, in order to access this inner knowledge, it needs to be trained—much like a sport or learning a new language. It is completely natural that this requires a lot of energy in the beginning, as the human system loves habits: they are automated and therefore energy-efficient.
Introducing something new into the system takes a certain level of discipline and perseverance. Yet the outcome—a greater sense of well-being—makes the journey more than worthwhile. Never forget why you started and what sparked your willingness to change.

For me, they are essential to personal development—whether it’s stress reduction, cultivating deeper body awareness, or processing emotions. Through consistent practice, you step out of mental chaos, worries, and problems, and arrive directly in the present moment, in the here and now.
