Functional training is probably the most important type of training in the strength training world. With me in Barcelona, you’ll feel muscles you didn’t even know existed!
In Barcelona, we mainly work with bodyweight exercises, using basic movements like push-ups and pull-ups as a foundation. On this basis, a wide variety of muscle groups are activated. Through variations, I can always adjust the exercises to YOUR individual fitness level.

Traditional machine-based training often has the disadvantage that individual muscles are trained in isolation and without context. While the muscle may grow, its functional potential is not fully utilized.
